Money is considered by many people to be one of the most important contributing factors towards happiness. In my opinion, it is possible for people to be happy even if they have little money and other aspects of life can play a more vital role in creating happiness.
Although having money brings happiness to a lot of people, it does not necessarily follow that people without money are, therefore, unhappy. Take for example the comparison between developing and developed countries, most Westerners would agree that people in developing countries are happier, enjoy stronger family connections and take more pleasure in the simplicities of life to a great extent than those in the developed countries.
One way that people can gain happiness is through their work. For instance, a doctor doing volunteer work in underdeveloped countries may have very little money but the reward of helping people and doing the job they are good at, brings happiness in itself. In other word, happiness can be found by using skills that people are trained for and job satisfaction.
Finally, another factor influencing happiness is having supportive and loving people in one’s life. While money may bring the opportunities to enjoy pleasures, few people would enjoy them on their own. Being surrounded by a loving and caring family is considered by most people to be more valuable than any amount of money.
In conclusion, money is not essential for happiness, which can be found through job satisfaction as well as family. If more people strived in life towards true happiness rather than money, the world would be a better place.

With the development of economics, more and more people think that money is the most important factor that can make them happier. However, some people do not think so, they believe that there are many other factors can affect people's emotions.
On the one hand, some people think that money can buy everything which can make one feel satisfied, such as houses, cars, beautiful clothes and so on. Money can even buy health. For example, you have to buy some expensive medicines if you got a serious illness, at this time, money comes in handy. And only people feel happy when they are healthy.
On the other hand, some people do not agree with this opinion. They do believe that money is not the only thing can make people happy, there are many other factors in promoting happiness, such as kindness. When people can help others, they will would feel happy, because they feel the embodiment of his own value. Besides, people who put themselves through long-term efforts to achieve their goals, they will would also feel happy, because their efforts have been rewarded. These all have nothing to do with money.
In my opinion, money is not the only driving force for happiness. Happiness sometimes comes from quiet(fairly) simple things, such as a healthy body, a free mind, or the understanding of others, which are not can be bought by money.
